How it works

Great for teens and adults who love their racing! 2 VR motion racing rigs (sharing allowed) & 2 wheel & pedal VR rigs (4 rigs total). This package also includes 1 hour use of our hospitality room. Our host will tutor players in controls and menus, and then go on to facilitate practice and competitive races and a championship if feeling competitive. The motion rig systems allow for full driver feedback and lets the player feel every motion, every detail in the road, turns, tilts, bumps and collisions. We can fully scale the game with player skill, so you don't need any driving experience to start, or you could be a total pro. We combine our state of the art motion driving rig with Vive Pro VR, and the combination is AMAZING! VR will be introduced once players feel comfortable with controls. This is a private room with plenty of space for spectators and guests who just want to watch. Use of our hospitality room is available for a break and food if that has been arranged. Adult supervision required for kids under 16, must remain on site at all times. HOST: Every gaming session with us is run by a games host, they are there to help and guide the group in every way possible, and also to create an atmosphere in sync with the groups dynamic. With the larger groups we will ask a supervising adult to assist us in some setup and overwatch, this is all very easy and just ensures the event runs smoothly and efficiently. FOOD & DRINK: Birthday party bookings include the use of the Hospitality room. It permits you to bring your own food, and , or, 3rd party food on site and set it up. This might be drinks, cake, pizza, sandwiches etc. We have a great local pub, perfect for pizza and only a minutes’ drive to collect. We ask that the room is cleared of all rubbish and everything you bring when leaving. We also have chips, popcorn, and confectionary, soft drinks etc on standby should you need. These can be purchased at any point during your visit and can be consumed in the gaming rooms. HOSPITALITY ROOM : This space provides a place for groups to use in addition to the gaming spaces. It permits you to bring your own food and drink on site, setup decorations if desired and provides a break room for both kids and parents should anyone need to step away for a second of peace! Cancellation Policy

Cancelations, COVID & Illness Policy: Should you, or us (CGC), need to cancel your booking due to COVID or illness, or some other unforeseen reason, we will always do our very best to re-schedule you at your convenience with the same or similar experience. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds.
