How it works

Great for group celebrations. 1 hr 30 min (approx gaming time), Includes 30 minutes hospitality room A dedicated Nintendo Switch party in our unique VR party room. A host will ensure fun had by all by assisting and instructing the kids in 2 – 3 specific NS games. We are capable of having all 8 players in the same game at the same time. The games are highly vetted for their ease of use and their ability to keep them joyfully entertained throughout. What makes this so special is our setup that allows for them to all play together in a very social setting, and in comfort. No gaming experience required by players as controls are easy for this age group and help is always at hand. 2 Adults supervision required for kids under 16, and must remain on site at all times. FOOD & DRINK: Birthday party bookings include the use of the Hospitality room. It permits you to bring your own food, and , or, 3rd party food on site and set it up. This might be drinks, cake, pizza, sandwiches etc. We have a great local pub, perfect for pizza and only a minutes’ drive to collect. We ask that the room is cleared of all rubbish and everything you bring when leaving. We also have chips, popcorn, and confectionary, soft drinks etc on standby should you need. These can be purchased at any point during your visit and can be consumed in the gaming rooms. HOSPITALITY ROOM : This space provides a place for groups to use in addition to the gaming spaces. It permits you to bring your own food and drink on site, setup decorations if desired and provides a break room for both kids and parents should anyone need to step away for a second of peace! Early arrivals can also wait here as well as pickups. We also stock a small selection of snacks and drinks, and the room has a free to play arcade machine, blue tooth speaker, guest WIFI, complimentary tea, coffee, and water. We do ask that you tidy and take any rubbish with you.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelations, COVID & Illness Policy: Should you, or us (CGC), need to cancel your booking due to COVID or illness, or some other unforeseen reason, we will always do our very best to re-schedule you at your convenience with the same or similar experience. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds.
