How it works

2 hr (total gaming time) 1 hr hospitality room Great for ages 8 to 12, birthday and special occasion celebrations. The kids will take turns swapping between a variety of games on 2 stations. These games are varied and age appropriate, often simple so as all players can easily play regardless of proficiency. For the kids waiting for their turn on VR, they can play together on our Nintendo Switches, this keeps them busy until their next turn. This all takes place in your own private and special VR room and is a very social setting for the kids, bringing them close to each other and encouraging a lot of communication. 2 Adults must supervise and assist, and 1 to remain on site at all times. FOOD & DRINK: Birthday party bookings include the use of the Hospitality room. It permits you to bring your own food, and , or, 3rd party food on site and set it up. This might be drinks, cake, pizza, sandwiches etc. We have a great local pub, perfect for pizza and only a minutes’ drive to collect. We ask that the room is cleared of all rubbish and everything you bring when leaving. We also have chips, popcorn, and confectionary, soft drinks etc on standby should you need. These can be purchased at any point during your visit and can be consumed in the gaming rooms. HOSPITALITY ROOM : This space provides a place for groups to use in addition to the gaming spaces. It permits you to bring your own food and drink on site, setup decorations if desired and provides a break room for both kids and parents should anyone need to step away for a second of peace! Early arrivals can also wait here as well as pickups. We also stock a small selection of snacks and drinks, and the room has a free to play arcade machine, blue tooth speaker, guest WIFI, complimentary tea, coffee, and water. We do ask that you tidy and take any rubbish with you. HOST: Every gaming session with us is run by a games host, they are there to help and guide the group in every way possible, and also to create an atmosphere in sync with the groups dynamic. With the larger groups we will ask a supervising adult to assist us in some setup and overwatch, this is all very easy and just ensures the event runs smoothly and efficiently.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelations, COVID & Illness Policy: Should you, or us (CGC), need to cancel your booking due to COVID or illness, or some other unforeseen reason, we will always do our very best to re-schedule you at your convenience with the same or similar experience. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds.
