How it works

2 hr gaming time (approx), Includes 1 hr hospitality room Great for kids who already use consoles and for parents who game to join in. Choose from our list of age appropriate Xbox games, please see our PDF Games Menu. We only use games that we can privately host and we fully control how they are setup. Our host will encourage multiplayer, co-operative and or competitive team play. It’s a boisterous fun and high energy environment. Takes place in our Clubhouse, your own private and special games room, a great social setting for the kids, bringing them close to each other and encouraging a lot of communication. 2 Adults must supervise and assist, and 1 to remain on site at all times. FOOD & DRINK: Birthday party bookings include the use of the Hospitality room. It permits you to bring your own food, and , or, 3rd party food on site and set it up. This might be drinks, cake, pizza, sandwiches etc. We have a great local pub, perfect for pizza and only a minutes’ drive to collect. We ask that the room is cleared of all rubbish and everything you bring when leaving. We also have chips, popcorn, and confectionary, soft drinks etc on standby should you need. These can be purchased at any point during your visit and can be consumed in the gaming rooms. HOSPITALITY ROOM : This space provides a place for groups to use in addition to the gaming spaces. It permits you to bring your own food and drink on site, setup decorations if desired and provides a break room for both kids and parents should anyone need to step away for a second of peace! Early arrivals can also wait here as well as pickups. We also stock a small selection of snacks and drinks, and the room has a free to play arcade machine, blue tooth speaker, guest WIFI, complimentary tea, coffee, and water. We do ask that you tidy and take any rubbish with you.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelations, COVID & Illness Policy: Should you, or us (CGC), need to cancel your booking due to COVID or illness, or some other unforeseen reason, we will always do our very best to re-schedule you at your convenience with the same or similar experience. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds.
